Sustainability is at the heart of our infrastructure. Our UK Head Office runs entirely on renewable energy and our new Client Fulfilment Centre, set for completion in 2025, is being developed with sustainability in mind. Designed to meet BREEAM certification standards, the centre will include solar panels, LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, recycling systems and EV charging points. We are also engaging local suppliers wherever possible to reduce transport emissions and support regional businesses.
Our sustainability efforts extend beyond buildings. At events, we work with like-minded suppliers and offer merchandise produced with recycled materials, such as our reusable water bottles to support the removal of single-use plastics.
We’ve partnered with Watershed to enhance how we track, manage, and reduce our environmental impact. Through data collection, monitoring tools, and Climate Advisory sessions, this collaboration strengthens our ability to act on climate responsibility at scale.
Looking ahead, we are exploring new initiatives, including establishing an ESG focus group, training employees in sustainable business practices and launching a sustainable procurement framework in 2025. We’re also working to support our suppliers in measuring and decarbonising their operations, with a focus on ongoing training and collaboration to meet shared environmental objectives.
We believe innovation and sustainability go hand in hand and are committed to supporting our social values. By working together with the NHS and our partners, we’re helping to build a greener future, and a healthier planet for everyone.
