Clients also have access to HealthQuest source code and can make their own software changes and upgrades.

STAR™

A Hospital Information System (HIS) that enables healthcare organizations to automate processes and procedures to manage daily financial and patient care services. STAR supports the demands of a single facility, multi facility and a large integrated delivery network leveraging a single integrated database running on Linux or Unix. Ventus Compliance Advisor

Medicare compliance solution which automates medical necessity checking and code auditing compliance for outpatient services. Ventus Compliance Advisor can be used standalone or integrated with healthcare systems to perform medical necessity checking prior to services being provided. This promotes potential reduction of losses due to medical necessity write-offs and increases reimbursement opportunity for non-covered services. It may also be used to detect and flag potential billing errors prior to claims submission.

Ventus Passport

Ventus Passport is an Enterprise Master Person Index (EMPI) that links person-demographic data captured in multiple source systems across an organization. It leverages elite person-matching logic to reduce duplicate person records across the enterprise. Passport’s Person-matching logic uses phonetic technologies, address normalization, email and phone number validation, fuzzy logic, expert matching rules and threshold definitions that identify, reduce, and prevent duplicates. Ventus Passport serves as an agnostic solution to connect multiple EHR, Ambulatory, Physician, Registration, Scheduling and Revenue Cycle solutions.

Ventus Enterprise Person Identifier

Maintain our clients’ Enterprise Master Person Index (EMPI), assigning a unique identifier throughout the enterprise. The ePI data repositories store a person’s demographic information to ensure the latest patient demographic information is available across our clients’ multiple clinical and revenue cycle products. This product offers similar capabilities as our existing Ventus Passport solution. ePI is used by many of our Sunrise clients.
