From care delivery to the revenue cycle, AI presents exciting opportunities to build the kind of healthcare ecosystem that previously seemed out of reach. At the same time, technology developers are moving swiftly and making big promises to capture market share. This buzz has made it difficult to separate which AI use cases will drive real value from those unlikely to generate ROI in the near term, if at all.
